How To Apply
Small Grants Program
Organizations are invited to submit a brief proposal following the format of ThriveAC Fund’s application form. Please click here to download the application form which you can use as a guide when creating your proposal.
A complete proposal includes the following:
Summary of Request
organizational mission
purpose for which funding is sought
people engaged and served
start/end date for the funding period
aspirations for the future
Organizational Leadership
staff, board, volunteers
Organizational Budget
actual-to-date income and expense for the current fiscal year
actual budget for the last completed year
Program budget (if applicable)
Contact Person for this request with an email address and telephone number
your organization’s 501c3 determination letter
If your organization does not have 501c3 status from the IRS, you will need a fiscal sponsor in order to apply. Please submit the following with your application:
An acknowledgement letter from your fiscal sponsor stating their commitment to serve as your fiscal agent for the project for which funding is being requested
a copy of your fiscal sponsor’s 501c3 determination letter

Organizations can submit one proposal per funding cycle; ThriveAC Fund has two funding cycles per year. Click here for more information on dates and deadlines.
Leadership Grants Program
This is an invitation-only grants program.
Organizations invited to submit an application in the Leadership Grants Program are determined through a collaborative process between ThriveAC Fund and the organization, and focused on scalability, sustainability and innovation.
